How will my furniture arrive?

Most of our products will be delivered flat-packed.

For chairs, we do offer the option of assembling them for you prior to delivery.

If would like us to assemble any bulky goods or would like us to assist with a complete furniture fit-out, please get in touch with us for a quote.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Not at this stage.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

In the unlikely circumstance where we require to transfer stocks from interstate, the delivery may take longer than 7 business days. We aim to complete all deliveries within 7 business days and in the rare occasion that this is going to take longer, we will provide an update to our clients usually within 24 working hours from the time of order.

How Do I Track My Order?

It is the policy of Ergoplus Office Furniture to keep our customers informed at all times during purchase and delivery. We send an email soon after placement of your order to let you know which day it will be delivered.  Our drivers will also call half an hour before arriving to give customers some notice.

What if I have received a damaged or faulty furniture item?

If you believe that the item is damaged or it has a faulty construction, you must contact us immediately to report the problem.  We will repair or replace the item with a new one.
